Hi, My new Easystore does backup fine when I ask it to. Set a daily schd, but has the message missed backup even thought the source and drive are on and connected.
I did have to erase this drive shortly after I had it as it was backing up another external drive that I did not want to happen. I did download the backup software to the erased easystore drive

You should try to remove and reinstall updated version of WD Backup and configure it to Schedule Backup
