My earphone jack doesn’t make a tight enough connection with my jack. Is there a way to open up the case and tweak the jack contacts?

Thank you for that post! I was getting ready to send mine back… it would cut out and would jiggle lose. I hated pushing it in so hard, afraid I’d damage something. You did it right! Thanks! Works great now with my little X-mini speakers that are great also!
