The earphone jack is not working properly. I have to twist and turn the jack when inserted to get both earphones to work, is there any way to replace or repair this, the unit is over a year old.
Only if you’re skilled/capable/adventerous enough to do it yourself. Others have, but it’s up to you whether you want to tackle it or not.
