it stopped being recognized being plugged in by Win 7 and Vista on a laptop and a tower. I have used a cable I use on a FUZE 8gb and works fine on it but will not work on this. I original cable and a replacement cable which makes all 3 cables not working. Neither computer recognizes the player although it charges fine. I have reset multiple times till I’m blue. I cannot change music on it at all since it is not recognized. I have put cable in while on and off and nothing works. I getting ready to open it up since I have nothing to loose at this point. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
