Hi all,
I was editing some music folders via my computer (player attached obviously) and all of a sudden my window of folders disappeared. Then I looked at my player and the screen was turning fuzzy (could just make out the word ‘writing’) and now the screen has turned blue. I can’t get the player to turn on or off and it doesn’t even show up as being attached to my computer even though it is stll plugged in. I have no idea what to do and am not very technical minded. Can someone please help me?
I just did and it seems okay.
