the bottom line is i just bout a 32 trck classical music download from emusic,Wether I sync using media player or drag the folder to my clip zip music folder it will inly show 9 of the 32 songs…

i’ve noticed this with a couple of other albums

The ID3 tags most likely need editing. The player reads the tags, not the file names . . . unless you scroll down to Folders in the Music menu and find them that way.

MP3Tag is a great dedicated tag editor. Free too. Just remember Sansa mp3 players are very picky when it comes to tag formats. Go into the Tools menu and set the Write default to ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1 for best results.

What exactly is “it”, Windows Media Player? Then don’t use it. Just drag & drop (or copy them directly) from Windows Explorer. I do it all the time and have no issues whatsoever.
