My player will charge on my pc but won’t sync any music …it doesn’t state it 's not connected but just won’t show that it is connected I have had this player for a couple of years this is a first.i also do not have a format for msc or mtp on my player I’ve tied front and back usb port HEEEELLP !!! What’s wrong with my player or is it my pc …maybe it’s corrupted :- (
it’s gotta be the cable. Just to make sure, try it on a different computer.
