DRM license not available

My daughter gave me a white 8g Sansa Fuze+ for my birthday about four weeks ago. It came loaded with about forty songs that I like. I have been listening to the music and enjoying the sound quality for the four weeks, however, yesterday I downloaded the latest firmware update (130) and now I get the following message whenever I try to listen to any of the music: DRM license not available. Please tell me what is wrong and what I must do to correct the problem. Thank You

I’ve had the same problems. It basically comes down to me having to constantly format the device and reload all the songs. This is to only have the same problem reoccur after about 24 hours of play time on the device. Can we please get an answer on this? I got no help worth a **bleep** from customer support when I called and there are multiple ignored topics based on this problem.
