Drivers not found for TakeTV

I just got a TakeTV, and my computer can’t find the drivers.  It asks for a CD, which of course is not included in the box.  SanDisk support said that it might be a device defect, but that doesn’t seem right, since:

1)  The device works on another machine

2)  Both machines are on Windows Vista, so it’s not an app compat issue

I think I may have a driver conflict, but I don’t know how to rectify. 

Any suggestions??

try updating the drivers via Device manager.
