I had a tech remove or disable Smart Ware and use imaging instead.
I received a message that a driver did not work during backup but it is OK now.
I tired to run the “quick” test he did once but made an error and upgrade the firmware instead.
In disk management, instead of having the external drive as F:, it is now G: I cannot scroll up to F:
Also there is a n F: designation for the firmware.
Is there some way I can remove the firmware and get the drive letter back to F: ?
