I’m having trouble downloading to my Clip+ from my MacBook. Works sometimes, usually doesn’t, and I’ve tried to follow instructions from downloaded users’ manual. Downloading from PC works great. Any solutions?

Check that your USB mode is MSC (if it isn’t and you change it, be aware that you can only see files downloaded in MTP mode while using MTP and the same for MSC, might be worth deleting everything and reloading in MSC)
