If you use WMP you can use the “advanced tag editor” to select a group of tracks and change the genre to “Audiobook” or “Podcast”. Other programs like “Media Monkey” can do this as well.
Then, update the track tags on your computer.
Then “Sync” or drag and drop the tracks to the Clip
Disconnect and turn on the Clip.
Push the menu key.
Then go to Music>Genre>Audiobook and you will see a list of only the tracks with the Audiobook genre.
Same trick for Podcast.
Generally, Audiobooks folder works currently only for “Audible.com” audio. Audible tracks “Auto bookmark”
Currently you can only resume the other types of books by power off and on. So you cant yet save the place for the Netlibrary or Overdirve content. In the future we might be able to support bookmarks for this type of content, it will take time to develop it, but we know users want it.
