i have pruchased a 64GB micro sd card and it is faulty and they dont send me any info on where to send it back and get it looked, it is got to a point i am now contacting the ACCC to get the warranty looked at, they dont want to talk to me so naw they can explain it to them

From your other post it looks like you are in Australia and the forum admin has already confirmed that your RMA was in fact processed. Not sure why you would not be getting the emails but it would be best for you to contact sandisk support to sort it out.
Since you are having issues receiving emails from sandisk I would suggest calling.
