Doesn't work

Keeps telling me to make sure the drive is connected.
The FAQ are a joke, totally not helpful.
This passport ultra hasn’t worked properly since the sad day I bought it.
The problem is the nasty software.
also the lack of instructions that you can understand as the person who wrote the instructions didn’t bother to check his useage of the English language…
an unbelievably bad product, how could a big company stoop so low?

Have you test the drive on a different computer? If is a desktop computer, make sure to test the drive on the back USB port and if possible, try using a different USB cable.

If stills the same after testing the unit, try contacting WD Support.

Yes I have tried a different computer and is the same.What WD support? Can only find FAQ which is worse than nothing!
