My fuze fell and opened. Also, now the wheel doesn’t turn. I got it less than a month ago from radio shack. Does the warranty cover it? And who do I return it too.
How did it fall? It should not have opened. My guess is that the warranty is void because it fell but if it was “An Act of God” That caused it to fall you might be ok.
I would try returning it to the Rat Shack first. Calmly explain that while you’re not in the habit of abusing your electronic equipment, accidents do happen and considering the severity of the fall, the casing should have withstood the minor impact and not fallen apart.
You can leave the detail about you dropping it from the top of the Empire State Biulding just to see if it would bounce out of the conversation. :smileyvery-happy:
