The previous version (14192) included a version of these api’s that caused a lot of 16GB flash drives to take upwards of a minute to mount, so im hoping this is fixed in the new version.
i got impatient and installed it
then disabled the annoying services and startup apps as per normal, i can state with certainty the issue is resolved, seems TI2013 retired snapman
