Does RMA Cost Money? My WD Elements External Hard drive is not working

I connect the hard disk to my lap
It Blinks
But i can’t see it in my Computer… i searched for online help…they say some disk management stuff… its not helping… so i planned to replace it…

So i register the RMA for replacement

As far as I know, it does not cost any money to replace the drive besides the shipping charges.

I think it will be better if you contact WD Support for direct assistance on this case.
