Dlgdiag v.5.20 error

Hi!

I downloaded the Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS by following the downloads link on the product page for the WD1600AAJS hard drive. However, when trying to run the diagnostics (either the Quick Test or the Extended Test) it gives this error message: Unable to run the test - please contact technical support. And underneath it: Missing test tracks; error/status code: 0229. How can i run the test on this hard drive?

The DLG version that is available from your hard drive model download page, is the  v1.24. From the computer window, you can also right click on the hard drive/properties/Tools and click on Check Now.
