DLGDIAG for windows has stopped working

Hi there,

Starting Western Digital Lifeguard Diadnostic results in an error message “DLGDIAG for windows has stopped working.   Error 5”.

Downloaded the software again, unpacked and installed it again. No change, the same error message pops up.

Any idea, what to do?

Have you tried running the app with Administrator permission? Have you tried using the version that you don’t have to install.
