Dissapointed Slo-mo video files not recognized- iXpand hangs during download

App: 1.6.10

firmware: 4.4.8

just purchased model SDIX-064G.

normal pictures and videos transfer fine.  

SLO-MO files are recognized but without a thumbnail image from the video capture (blank grey page icon with folded upper-right corner).   different from normal video files.  downloading hangs and suspends further file downloads.

anyone know what i might be doing wrong?

IIRC the iXpand sync app does not support slow-mo videos. I have not seen anything about support being added in the future.
