The display on my Sansa Epress is not working properly it display’s words but they are jumbled I have tried to change the language to english but it won’t work.
I’m pretty sure that there is no way to fix this problem without getting a new one, and does anyone know where I might be able to get one?
I’m woundering if i could get a replacement because this is a factory defualt and I really like this MP3 Player.

If you bought it new (not re-furbed) and it’s less than 1 year old, maybe.
But seeing how the Express as been discontinued for a long, long time now, it’s doubtful.
any news on where to get one would also be nice to know
