Disc don't mount on mac

Hello

i have this disc since recently, being a photographer it’s a very useful gear to unload an sd on the field and even have the result on a phone.

So far I can acess the drive from my phone but not from my computer, a mac (obviously!)

OK, from the browser i can acess and edit the settings wirelessly but the disc should mount on the desktop, as it did the first time. now what did I did wrong ? how can i force it to be recognize ?

I did the last firmware update without any problem, but the issue is the same, my browser can see it, not my desktop.

Does it work when you connect it directly to your computer using a USB cable?
