Disassembly WD1600D036

Hi,

I have a 2,5" external HDD with IDE but no device to run this.

Guess that my old external WD HDD WD1600D036, is IDE?
Can I disassembly this device and temporary replace the HDD?

I could not find any screws and I won’t break something.

I have not tried this, lets see if another user can share some information or tips on this matter.

Why bother with it and it is possible to replace with a larger disk drive of the IDE connector. Unless you have another IDE hard drive to replace with. It is cheaper to get a new USB hard drive (WD My Passport, etc…)
