Hi, after starting my Fuze (4GB, red) the screen was right from the beginning white, means it started but no menue came up.
Therefore I made a Reset and installed manually the firmware 1.01.11 (several times, also US and Europe Version).
Also that didn´t help.
Within this forum I discovered same issues, but no solution (except Reset and Update of FW).
Has anybody a clue how to solve the problem.
By the way, I could hear music; obviously a blind flight through the menue is possible.
