i have tried the phones on my laptop and they ar ok . one side is louder than the other on the CLIP I have tried different buds and its the same
You may not have the headphones fully inserted. Many Sansas have very tight headphone jacks when new. Try giving the plug a little push and see if it goes in any further.
I have tried that pushed it in as far as it is possible but still the same
Is this a new machine, or an old machine with a new/recent occurance?
its just over a year old . i have tried different buds and it iis still the same low on one side and normal the other So it must be the player but what to do
And on the other point it started a week ago i did noyice that there was intermittent volume out of one earpiece and crackling then a short period of normal sound followed by just low volume in one ear
