Device replacement - cannot contact WD support - recieve an error each time

Hello
I purchaced the device in the US but I live in Israel. I contacted Benda, the official importer for WD products in Israel and they told me to contact WD so that they transfer the responsibility on my device to Benda. Each time I fill the support form I get this massage - “An internal server error occurred during your visit”.

error number - 26413471

So how can I contact WD support and resolve this?
