My Pc only sees my Sansa as a Usd storage Device,ights dont Turn on when i connect to PC to indicate Sansa is charging,please am desparate ,need to do some interviews need my sansa working
A couple of the normal suggestions I’ve seen here before:
try a different cord (mini-USB is pretty standard, maybe you have a camera or phone that came with one).
plug directly into your computer’s USB port, not an external hub.
Does it work at all? All of mine have come partially charged.
You might also try different USB ports. Does your computer have USB 2.0 ports?
