Data lost

WD External and Portable SSD External SSD for Windows

Hi Friends,

Currently I am using two no of WD external hard disk.(1TB & 2 TB) 

Few days back both hard disk got currupt , First due to saftware failure of internal software & 2nd due to hardware fault.

WD dont cover data backup in there warrenty.

2TB hard disk shows -I/O error.(which have important data.)

Have you tried using the units on a different computer and with a different set of cables?
