My computer will not recognize my clip/zip. The device mgr. displays message "windows cannot start the hardware device because its configuration information (in registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19). I also have a clip that is no longer recognized. Both were working fine until yesterday. I hope someone can help me solve this. I am running Windows 7 home.
