Cruzer Facet acting up

Upon inserting of the drive into USB port, the drive shows up on My Computer - it is however not displaying anything and I am completely unable to access it.

On occasion I get this window:

I am however still unable to access anything. If I try and run the RunClubSanDisk, this happens:

I’ve tested it on my laptop and it works fine there. I’ve also tested it on all 8 USB ports on my PC, to no avail

This is extremely annoying and I would like to figure out why it won’t work my Win 7 PC

Does your Win 7 user id have Admin rights?  Does the Win 7 system have the UAC system active?

Yes I have admin rights and yes the UAC is running. I’ve tried disabling it, to no avail.
