I have just purchased the above product. I have no problem downloading from my XP desk top but I am unable to down load the files onto my Vista lap top.
You might try doing a search on the word “Vista” on all boards. I know there’s quite a few others having problems as well, so there are numerous discussions on it. Maybe not specifically involving a Cruzer flash drive, but you might find a tip that will help.
