Creating Playlists with Ubuntu

I’m thinking about purchasing a Clip, but before I do I’d like to know if there’s a way to create playlists when using Ubuntu.  Is this possible?  I’ve searched around and found some threads on it, but nothing specifically for Ubuntu.

Anyone using a clip with Ubuntu?  Are you able to create playlists?

I’ve used both EasyTag and Amarok to create playlists in ubuntu.  In EasyTag you just highlight the songs you want in the playlist, then right-click and select “create playlist”.  I think the Amarok method is similar, IIRC.
