Crapped out soon after firmware update

    I did a firmware update and the express was acting a bit cooky…finally after two days it just crapped out on me…won’t turn on or charge…i just get a little light square in the center of the diplay when I plug it in usb port.  Duct tape didnt help…anyone haveany other ideas?

Something went wrong in the update to fry it…

just the standard… try pressing and holding the vol + and center square and then try to turn it on and see what happens

yeah so that makes the SanDisk logo come up but then it disappears and then this clown face comes on the screen and tells me to try it again  jumping up and down and around in circles while reciting some crazy chant…i tried that and I got nothing.  thanks though.
