Subject-line says it all … This has got to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve done this year when it comes to computer part shopping.

[text deleted]  Bill Hicks was right about sales / marketing (which is probably the ones to blame for this “idea”); this is why we can’t have nice things.

If Windows OS, go to Control Panel > Add Remove applet and uninstall WD SmartWare

If Mac OS, go to VCD and double click Uninstall WD SmartWare icon.
