Hi, if you have Corrupted FAT problem and formatting under Windows 7 or Vista is not helping, then try under Windows XP using HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3. Somehow on newer systems it still leaves you with corrupted FAT.

Corrupt Fat32 is not really a scommon issue on Sandisk devices but thanks for letting us know.
Actually it’s more common than you might think. At least according to the volume of posts on the subject over the past several years.
