Hello,

I have external hard my passport 1TB

I install WD smart with /Install Drive Settings/

I simply copy some movies folder and Music folder in My passport but when I opend WD smart software

Content Gauge show this all folders copied as additional data with dark gray background without any details as MOVIES and MUSICS.

what is the problem?

did you set up a backup using smartware, or did you just copy and paste the data to the drive?
