Connecting USB, and the light is damaged.

Hi all,

I dont know that someone have the same problem with his Fuze, but after much connects through USB the Light in the Right Corner is damaged or it lights when I push on it! Will Sandisk hold his warranty when I send it to them and want to get helped with that problem or want to get a new!?
