I can’t connect my fuze to my computer to add files, it seems to work otherwise, the computer goes ga-dunk when I plug it in, the fuze says its connected and the little symbol is flashing.When I first connected it I got a white screen and it was frozen but now that is gone
Go to Settings/System Settings/USB mode and change to MSC. Open Windows Explorer (Computer or My Computer. Try to connect.
The problem could also be the cord. It has power pins and data pins. If any of them are broken, you can have a problem. The only way to check is to replace the cord–under $5 from Amazon, eBay or cellphone companies. Don’t get an iPod cord–it looks the same but it fries the Sansa.
