Connect reboots when writing a video to the player

I tried using the Sansa Media Converter and I used a different program to convert a video file.

When the SMC tries to write the file to the Connect, it reboots about half way through.

When I use a 3rd party software to convert the file and then I use Windows Explorer to write the file to the Connect, it reboots itself halfway through.

Got any suggestions???

  1. Try putting the video on a microSD(HC) card, and see if you can view the video.

  2. Try doing a “Reset & Erase” from the Connect’s “Settings” menu.
