Conecting to Computer Not working

Hey guys. I cant connect to my computer, it keeps giving me issues to do so.

Here is what i do.

  1. Insert Express into computer.

  2. Computer says it is installing drivers

  3. Computer says drivers installed

However, the device does not show in my computer, and i cant add files to it. Looking at the screen, it says it is charging, BUT it does not show as being connected.

Here is what i believe might be the culprit. A while ago, I had to reinstall Windows Media Player, and I here Windows Media Player is required for this to work right.

Can someone please help me! If you need clearfication on anything i wrote above, just ask!
