Computer did not recognize two disks simultaneously and separately recognize each one

I have a problem that I think only you guys can help me. I have twodisks WD Passport, and one of them is full of games and the otherwanted to make security copies, but the computer does not recognize the two disks together.

This is not a WD drive issue, is more likely a Windows digital signature issue. Go to Disk Management and right click on one of the drives, then select offline. Restart your computer and connect both drives the computer should see them.
