Is Fuze a POS like the View when it comes to firmware, just curious.
The Fuze is essentially plug and play at this point. It uses the same processor as the Clip and e200v2, and this firmware has very few issues. The firmware of the View is a group of many files, and uses the mi4 format; the Fuze firmware is a binary (bin) file.
As far as firmware, the Fuze is the antithesis of the View. Things have been smooth sailing with these wee devices.

I bought a Fuze over a View because of the bad things I’ve been hearing about the firmware. It’s a shame, because otherwise I could have 40 gigs of space right now, if I could afford it (which I couldn’t.)
What can I say? I’m a capacity whore, obviously. :smileyvery-happy:
The Fuze integrates the µSD card very well. They’re easy to swap, and 16GB is just around the corner.
Plus, the wee Fuze takes up far less pocket space.

…and when the kinks are ironed out of the View, I’m going to throw one hell of a party. (I know of a few folks at the office who will be hung over too!)
