Please ignore my previous posting - discovered the volume situation by doing some digging in the forum and the other problem seems to have straightened itself out. Maybe I’ve been watching too much basketball!!!
FYI, you can reply to your own post so you don’t have to start another thread or better yet, if no one has responded to it you can press the options button in the upper right corner of the post and delete it altogether.
