Clip Won't Hold Charge

Had it plugged in for a couple hours to charge and there is no battery.  I turn it on and it shuts off.  Please tell me I dont have to format it.  It will be the 4th time I have to in 4 weeks.  Only have had it for 3 months.

You might have a battery (hardware) issue.

I’d contact Support at 1-866-SANDISK.
