Clip says 'No Tracks"

I have recently updated to the new firmware and everything seemed fine until today when I was using my player.  I had turned it off to take a break at work and when I returned and turned it back on, it said that I had no tracks. Nothing.  When I got it home and signed into Rhapsody, same thing. No tracks.  Funny thing is that it shows 3GB used on my player. Where did my music go?
