Usually it would say disconnected for a moment and then refresh media. This time it just says disconnected and will not do anything else. I can’t even shut it off. HELP!!!
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, The soft reset just might be the hot ticket for your Clip+.
Then, after releasing the button, try powering up once again.
