When I change my player to MSC mode, I can see my songs just fine and the Sansa appears as an “E” drive. When I switch to MTP mode in order to move songs from Rhapsody, the player doesn’t show up at all under My Computer, so there is no place to move songs. Any suggestions?
you didn’t mention your OS?? it would help if you did.
if you’re running xp, make sure you have the latest version of windows media player installed. you can grab that here…

it’s needed to support MTP devices even if you don’t use the player itself.
