clip + do not charge

Hello! New clip + do not charge. MSC mode. charging indicator light shows, but not actually charging. how to solve the problem? thanks

Try a different USB port. Preferably one in the back of a desktop computer as they generally provide more power.

Or try a AC-USB wall charger.

And/or try a different USB cable.

I tried it in the first place (other connector, cable, firmware, charging). no work…

Then return it to where you bought it for another one, or call SanDisk Tech Support.
