Clip+ crashed! Please help

Is there anything I can do bring my 1 month old Clip+ back to life?

I bought in early September 2011, has been very pleased with it, until it crashed earlier this morning.

It stuck. I cannot even turn it off. It does not respond to any control commands. And when I attach to the computer with USB it does not show up.

Press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds. This will reset it.

And next time, post in the Clip/Clip+ board. This is the Clip Zip board.
