Hi after working on100% for 6 months my clip wont charge more than 60% on pc or mains charge .Firmware came with v01.01.18F any suggestions please

Try updating your firmware to the latest version. As you are achieving the same results both on a mains charger and via the USB port, the issue may be with your battery management. See if the charge indication changes after updating the firmware.
Though not necessary for battery maintenance, since we’re working with lithium-polymer batteries, running the battery all the way down until the system shuts off can help in recalibrating the battery indicator.
Be sure to charge the Sansa afterwards, as these batteries are best kept “topped off” rather than complete discharge. The Sansa will power off at a safe point to protect the battery.
